Train Rescheduled due to Cyclone Nisarga; Check Complete List

Various areas of India are set to bear the wrath of cyclone Nisarga which will be making its first landfall in Maharashtra on June 3 at around noon. In order to ensure the safety of passengers and allow train travels without any disruptions, the Central Railways has rescheduled about 8 trains that were supposed to arrive at or depart from Mumbai.


The timing of such trains was pushed back to evening slots. The primary trains whose timings were changed by the Central Railways include 02542 LTT-Gorakhpur, 06345 LTT-Thiruvananthapuram, 01061 LTT-Darbhanga, 01071 LTT-Varanasi, 01019 CSMT-Bhubaneshwar special trains. These trains were to leave the Mumbai area during the daytime but were postponed till night. The list departure of such trains can be mentioned as:

The schedule of trains arriving at Mumbai during the red alert time was changed as below:

Till Tuesday afternoon about 10 NDRF teams were deployed in Maharashtra with 5 more teams on the way. Other trains that were regulated and whose arrival was preponed include special trains from Patna, Varanasi, and Thiruvananthapuram.
